Naseeb was called to the British Columbia bar in 2008. She is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. Naseeb practices in all areas of immigration law with a focus on business and investor immigration files due to the diligence and expertise required in such files. Providing her clients with effective and efficient service is her primary goal as she understands how important the decision to come to Canada is for her clients. Although Naseeb is Canadian born, her parents and most of her extended family are immigrants allowing her to understand her clients’ unique perspective and position in a way that other lawyers may not be able to. Even though she has practiced other areas of law, Naseeb’s passion is practicing immigration law as she very much enjoys learning about her clients’ unique backgrounds and needs when assisting them in their immigration matters.
